shoutout to lemony snicket for being honest with children that adults are horrible at recognizing child abuse, or that if they do recognize it they will act like their “hands are tied”. I’ve seen so many people get indignant about that but it’s absolutely true to my experience
also shoutout to lemony snicket for filling an entire page of a book with just the word “ever”
don’t let that make you forget that lemony snicket has a history of using sexually and racially charged comments and insults against women
there was always that one kid in fifth grade who had like 50 of those little novelty erasers that they’d take out and arrange on their desk every single lesson but never use and if you even LOOKED at them you were immediately blacklisted as a potential threat from then on
me: hey i forgot my eraser do you have one i could use
the kid sitting next to me with an entire fucking zoo of rubber animals in their pencil case:
those erasers were terrible at erasing though, ngl, i was always disappointed whenever i tried to use one to erase something
this is my favorite art program. it’s *much* more intuitive than photoshop/gimp or corel paintshop, but it still has the full functionality of a digital art program (layers, brush stabilizer, etc.). it’s not overwhelming to start on like practically every other decent art program I’ve tried, you can just pick a brush and start drawing as if it were paper if you want. plus you can download extra brushes for free! and they publish free art tutorials pretty regularly
ANYONE looking for a free art program: worth looking into.
YALL I LOVE THIS PROGRAM, especially the ipad version!! and i’m psyched that i don’t have to pay $30 a year for it anymore!!!
